The Departmento of Biodiversidad y Biología Experimental (DBBE), part of the Facultad de Ciencias Exactas y Naturales of the Universidad de Buenos Aires, houses valuable biological collections that are mainly used for scientific and educational purposes. Currently, the institution is in process of to digitize and make available the Scientific Collection of Carcinology (crustaceans). In the near future, we will include other taxonomic groups.
