Knoydart Foundation

Description

We have owned and managed the remote 17,500 acre Knoydart Estate for 25 years. Our aims are for sustainable community development and environmental management that contributes to biodiversity gains and carbon sequestration. We provide social housing, local services and hydro-electricity. We work in partnership with the Knoydart Forest Trust to manage and expand woodlands across the peninsula.
