Description

Our faculty is one of the biggest scientific units in Poland studying biodiversity at the national and international scale, starting from the molecular and ending at the ecosystem level. We are the national contact point for the International Barcode of Life (iBOL) as well as the coordinator of the Polish Barcode of Life (PoLBOL) initiative. Our faculty has also substantial zoological, botanical, algological and mycological collections.
