the laboratory conducts multidisciplinary research on the ecological functioning of ecosystems (aquatic and terrestrial). The research activity focuses on the characterization of the environment and its impacts on product quality. The scientific issues addressed relate to the functional ecology of the two systems (trophy of environments, biodiversity: microfauna, macrofauna, microflora and macroflora) associated with a spatial approach to these anthropized ecosystems (ponds, streams, catchment areas and connecting networks, forests) to understand the transfers of water, materials and solutes from terrestrial environments to the aquatic ecosystem (phytosanitary, nutrients, ....).
