The Polish collection of parasitic helminths

The collection, which has been deposited in the Museum of Natural History at Wrocław University, consists of 11 authors' collections and a special collection of available type series of species described by Polish authors. It includes almost 16,000 slides representing 90 taxa of Monogenea, 251 of Trematoda, 144 of Cestoda, 43 of Nematoda, and 11 of Acanthocephala—amounting to a total of 486 nominal species and 53 taxa at the genus level.
