Public descriptionSOS Ecureuil Provence is an association that wants to act quickly and well to save wild animals, and in particular the red squirrel, a species protected and threatened in particular by automobile traffic.Recreating environments favorable to animals such as squirrels, hedgehogs, butterflies, green lizards, frogs… this is its main objective. Collaborating with all the cities of Provence in 2022, that is its course!The association launched its actions in the city of Dembesc, with a squirrel park inaugurated in November 2021 thanks to the support of the town hall. The first results are there, squirrels and small birds now enjoy three areas of tranquility, nesting boxes, feeders, waterers and replanting.By joining SOS Ecureuil Provence, you are making a choice: that of working towards a better future for local wildlife. Do you have time and energy available? You can also get involved in the life of the association and participate in our actions.
