The Croatian Institute of Public Health (CIPH) is the national authority responsible for public health surveillance and epidemiology in Croatia. As part of its activities, CIPH contributes to international vector surveillance initiatives, including VectorNet. CIPH ensures the accuracy, consistency, and traceability of national vector data. Given this role, we are committed to supporting coordinated efforts in biodiversity and health-related data sharing, in line with GBIF's mission, while avoiding data duplication or misattribution.
