The Faculty of Science (University of South Bohemia) is developing interdisciplinary studies both in the areas of biological disciplines and in relation to the newly introduced natural science disciplines at the intersection of biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, and computer science. We study various groups of organisms integrating biological, genetic, physiological, geological, geographic, environmental, and modeling data. We collect data during field trips, citizen science projects, and visits to natural history collections.
